![]() USF requires a lot of micro and usually not a lot of use of machine gun teams. It's good to learn how to play when your units aren't as good as their counterparts to learn some neat tricks and tactics to still pull off a victory. Soviets Tend to focus more on having a lot of units to manage, and can be quite difficult, but they are good for learning flanking and microing some infantry. Wehrmact armor is still better than their allied counter parts much to my dismay in order to make up for what is supposed to be a lack in power. You will have to be more careful with Wehrmacht infantry as their standard infantry (grenadiers) only have 4 men, but you will still be familiar with how they work, since their abilities come for free, and upgrades can be purchased on the fly. Wehrmacht and Soviet are good and mostly balanced armies that you can use for learning more advanced play. ![]() It's a good way to be eased into Coh2 without getting stomped. And you also get some of the best armor in the game. The standard infantry (Volks grenadiers) can get one of the best AT weapons in the game, making them useful throughout. Their engineers (Sturmpioneers) are really good close combat infantry, and can really help you in the early game. Thanks for helping out OKW is probably easiest for beginners.
